Roadmap

What's in the pipeline

Here's what we're working on next, and how it will work for you.

The deal doesn't change

First, the deal doesn't change. Every update to TrueScale is included in the licence you already own. We'll never charge you again for the software you've bought. We share plans, not dates, because what we build next depends a lot on what you tell us.

In the pipeline

More places to use TrueScale

TrueScale for Mac, iPad and smartphones is on the way. Mac and mobile seats are included free in your licence when they are released, so when they arrive you won't pay a cent more.

In the pipeline

More trade tool sets

We'll keep adding ready made tool sets for more trades. Tell us what your trade needs and it goes on the list.

In the pipeline

AI, done the TrueScale way

AI is coming to TrueScale, and we want to do it without breaking the pay once promise. So it will work two ways.

Bring your own AI, included in your licence

If you already pay for an AI assistant, we want it to plug straight into TrueScale. Your assistant will be able to read your drawings, place markups and run a takeoff when you ask, and you check and adjust the result. You keep using the AI you already pay for, and we don't charge you anything extra for the connection.

TrueScale AI, optional

If you don't have an AI assistant, or you'd rather it all just work inside TrueScale, we'll offer AI as a separate service. Running AI costs real money every time it's used, so this will be paid, priced simply to cover what it costs to provide.

Either way, you decide when AI sees a drawing. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you ask it to.

In the pipeline

Cloud, if you want it

Some teams would rather not run their own server. For them, we're planning optional hosted storage and collaboration as a monthly service. If you'd rather keep everything in house, the TrueScale server stays free to run on your own hardware, forever.

In the pipeline

A home for the community

We're building a TrueScale community forum, a place to ask questions, share tool sets and tell us what to build next, plus a library of step by step guides.

In the pipeline

Honest reviews

Once TrueScale is in plenty of hands, we'll invite users to share honest reviews on independent review sites, good or bad. No paid or rewarded reviews, ever.

Got an idea? Tell us.

Some of the best things in TrueScale will come from the people using it every day. If there's something you want, we want to hear it.
